High Temperature Resistant (Flame Retardant)
Power Cable
本產(chǎn)品適用于額定電壓0.6/1kV及以下的高溫范圍和惡劣
環(huán)境內(nèi)，作電氣設(shè)備電能傳輸線。
It is used as power transmission cable for electric
equipments of rated voltage 0.6/1kV or lower in bad
environment or that with high temperature.
一、生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 采用企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Executive standard: enterprise standard
二、使用特性 Performance in Usage
1、額定電壓UO/U: 0.6/1kV。
2、電纜允許z高工作溫度: 氟塑料絕緣及護(hù)套為200℃；
氟塑料絕緣耐熱105聚氯乙烯護(hù)套為105℃；氟塑料絕緣硅橡
膠護(hù)套為180℃。
3、短路時(shí)(z長持續(xù)間不超過5S)電纜導(dǎo)體的z高溫度不
超過250℃。
4、電纜敷設(shè)溫度應(yīng)不低于-15℃。
5、電纜的彎曲半徑如下：單芯電纜：其彎曲半徑不小于
電纜外徑的20D。
三芯電纜:其彎曲半徑不小于電纜外徑的15D。
6、氟塑料絕緣及護(hù)套型電力電纜具有優(yōu)異的耐化學(xué)腐蝕
性、耐高溫及阻燃性。

五、技術(shù)參數(shù) Technical Parameter
1、20℃導(dǎo)體直流電阻應(yīng)符合GB/T3956標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定。
2、電纜應(yīng)經(jīng)受3500V交流耐壓試驗(yàn)5min絕緣不擊穿。
1: DC resistance of conductor at 20℃ shall meet
the requirement of GB/T3956 standard.
2: Cable shall bear AC voltage test of 3500V for
5min without puncture of insulation.
六、交貨長度 Delivery length
允許根據(jù)雙方協(xié)議長度交貨；長度計(jì)量誤差不超過±
0.5%。
Delivery length of cable depends on both agreements
with length error allowance of ±0.5%
